A proud native of Las Cruces, Melissa Clark has been a dedicated real estate professional since 2011. With a deep-rooted passion for business, marketing, and exceptional customer service, Melissa's career began in her hometown, where she cultivated a diverse skill set in banking and lending. Her experience as an executive assistant to a banking attorney provides her with a unique insight into property management and real estate transactions.

With over eight years of focused expertise in residential property management, Melissa specializes in both long-term and short-term vacation rental management, as well as residential buying and selling. She thrives on the dynamic challenges each day presents and is committed to leveraging her extensive knowledge and skills to provide clients with unparalleled service.

“Service above and beyond the rest” is the goal for Lisa.  Lisa began her career in Real Estate in 2005. She feels that communication and knowledge is the key to a smooth and productive real estate transaction.  Lisa has served many clients including First Time Home Buyers, Relocation, Move-up Buyers and Investors. She specializes in single family homes, new construction, luxury homes, horse properties, acreage, residential lots, townhomes and short sales.

Lisa received her bachelor’s degree in Accounting and Finance from New Mexico State University and has lived in the Las Cruces Area since 1987. Lisa feels it is important to stay current with technology and education.  She holds several special designations including her Accredited Buyers Representation (ABR), Seller Representative Specialist (SRS), Seniors Real Estate Specialist (SRES), At Home with Diversity (AHWD) and her Graduate of Real Estate (GRI) designation. Her education, experience and knowledge provide a solid foundation for a career in Real Estate.

Giving back is important to Lisa.  She currently serves as a Court Appointed Special Advocate for children in the foster care system, has participated in multiple Habitat for Humanity Builds in Las Cruces, served on the Community Service Committee with the Las Cruces Association of Realtors and participated in after school programs for “at-risk” children.
